Last week, on September 15, the Twin Cities Jewish Film Festival hosted the world premier for a new documentary detailing the history of NECHAMA. The documentary showcases how Steve Lear, a Minneapolis financial planner, organized a Jewish response to the Great Flood of 1993, which eventually became what NECHAMA is today. With great thanks to the Jewish Historical Society of the Upper Midwest, the video is now publicly available for all. Feel free to share with your friends, family, or anyone who may enjoy!
