As Hurricane Dorian continued to pummel the Bahamas, two NECHAMA Disaster Response vehicles and staff departed from our Burnsville, MN warehouse en route to Atlanta, GA. From there, Operations staff will stage and prepare to assist communities once the storm has passed. Due to the slow speed of Dorian, a final decision on where we will begin operations could take some time.
