Looking back on all that 2020 has offered, we choose to focus on our success in continuing to serve, despite a global pandemic, those individuals and families impacted by earthquakes in Puerto Rico, tornados in Nashville, flooding in Michigan, rioting and destruction in Minnesota, a derecho in Iowa, and our continued response in Louisiana following hurricanes Laura, Delta, and Zeta.
